Leah Martin-Brown originally hails from down under but has called Los Angeles home for close to a decade and now brings us her latest single "Voices" with ferocity and prowess. Leah has shared the stage with Dreamtheatre, Flogging Molly, Nita Strauss, Glen Sobel, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry, and has performed alongside Nuno Bettencourt, Nancy Wilson, Avril Lavigne, and Orianth. Currently signed with Blue Lemon Management, Leah is busy writing the upcoming Evol Walks record as well as digging into her song vault, releasing previously unheard projects.
Ghostly calls build the intro into "Voices" as hard-hitting, electrified guitars and crashing symbols enter the atmosphere. Leah's resonating call entrances us as she beckons, "silence stalls me, voices haunt me, darkness calls me, tasting my soul." The guitar propels a grueling power, and the distorted piano adds to the sheer madness of this track. There are apparent aspects of stadium-ready, heavy metal elements of sound that are begging for this track to be unleashed on hoards of fans live. Leah's dark and powerful delivery of her lyrics entrances the listener. Leah has undoubtedly put her foot down with power on her latest track, "Voices," we can't wait to hear what she unleashes next from her vault of sound.
