Jaime Dee’s ‘Roll With Me’ Proves the Party Ain’t Over Till He Says So”

Jaime Dee, the multi-hyphenate powerhouse of a recording artist, radio personality, and entertainment juggernaut, just dropped a New Orleans Bounce-infused banger that doesn’t ask you to dance—it commands you to. And trust us, resistance is futile.

From the jump, Roll With Me hits you with an infectious groove that feels like a VIP invitation to the wildest party of the year. The beat? Bouncy. The hooks? Stickier than spilled daiquiris on Bourbon Street. The energy? Through-the-roof levels of electric. If your weekend plans were looking a little dull, Jaime Dee just solved that problem in three and a half minutes flat.

Jaime’s signature charisma oozes through every beat drop and hyped-up chorus, effortlessly luring you into the carefree, joy-filled vibe he envisioned for this track. No stress, no pretense—just pure, unfiltered fun. It’s an anthem for the people who actually came to the party to party—not to stand around and flex for Instagram stories.

And let’s talk about that message for a second. “I want people to feel that energy when they listen to this release,” Jaime explains. “Life is short, and we should embrace the music, the good vibes, and the people around us. Let the music guide you, let go of the stress, let go of the section culture, and just be free.”

We hear you, Jaime. And honestly? It’s about time somebody reminded us that partying isn’t about bottle wars and velvet ropes—it’s about feeling the music in your bones, forgetting your worries, and sweating out every last bit of bad energy on the dance floor.

So whether you’re blasting Roll With Me in the car with the windows down or breaking it down in the middle of a crowded club, one thing’s for sure—you’re gonna feel this one.

Jaime Dee just made it officially impossible to stay in your seat. And for that, we salute him.

“Roll With Me” is a high-energy anthem that brings back the essence of pure fun in music. What inspired you to create this track, and how does it reflect where you are in your career right now?

What inspired me to make ‘Roll With Me’ is the feeling that good, fun, and carefree dance music is starting to fade. It seems like artists and labels are shifting away from making music that makes people want to get up and dance. In many clubs, it’s all about drill, trap, and darker sounds, and we know that doesn’t exactly make people want to move. On top of that, section culture has changed how we approach partying and having fun. I wanted to bring that energy back with my music, making something that reminds people of pure joy and freedom on the dancefloor. As for where I am in my career, I feel like this track is a statement—it's about getting back to the essence of what music is really about: connecting, having fun, and enjoying the moment.

New Orleans Bounce is all about movement, energy, and culture. How do you see your sound pushing the genre forward, and what elements of the city’s influence are embedded in this track?

I see “Roll With Me” as a track that not only celebrates the vibrant culture of New Orleans Bounce music but also pushes it into new territory. The song embodies the essence of fun, energy, and positivity through its catchy lyrics and infectious beats. Produced by the talented Celebrity Songwriter and Producer Alright Slash, the track is infused with the heartbeat of New Orleans, reflecting the city’s rich musical heritage while bringing fresh, forward-thinking energy to the genre. ‘Roll With Me’ is all about moving, grooving, and elevating the Bounce sound to new heights while staying true to its roots.

You’ve built a massive presence not only as an artist but also as a radio personality, TV host, and entertainer. How does your experience in these different spaces shape the way you approach making music?

My experience in various entertainment roles—whether as a Live Morning Radio Personality, TV Talk Show Host, or Live Events Host—has provided me with a wealth of transferable skills. These roles require me to engage with crowds, use my voice effectively, and seamlessly incorporate music into different formats. Through this, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what excites audiences, what keeps them wanting more from artists, and what music is currently trending. I bring all of these insights into my music, creating tracks that are both engaging and reflective of what listeners connect with.

You’ve worked alongside some of the biggest names in entertainment. Have any of those experiences influenced the way you craft your music, and do you have any dream collaborations that would take your sound to the next level?

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had interacting and working with incredible artists Cardi B, Kandi Burruss, Natalie Nunn, BeatKing, Alright Slash, Big Freedia, Ha Sizzle, Jst Eri, Finesse Twotymes, Spic,e and more. These experiences have taught me that it’s possible to make my dreams a reality and that there’s space for diverse artists and sounds in the entertainment industry. Being around such a variety of talents and cultures has helped shape my journey as I continue to explore and define the ‘Jaime Dee sound.’ It’s been a challenging but rewarding process, and I’m enjoying every moment of it.

As for dream collaborations, I would love to work with artists like Doja Cat, Cardi B, T-Pain, Beyoncé, Drake, GloRilla, Nicki Minaj, NLE Choppa, Megan Thee Stallion, Erica Banks and more. I pray that one day, those dream collaborations come true and, regardless of whatever beef that artists have with each other, that it won’t affect me. Ultimately, I want to stay focused on being an artist who respects everyone, avoids drama, and creates music that’s inclusive and welcoming to all.

You mentioned that “Roll With Me” is about letting go, embracing the moment, and bringing fun back to the party. In a world where music and nightlife can sometimes feel transactional, what’s your vision for bringing that true, carefree energy back into the culture?

My vision is to continue creating music that reminds people it’s okay to dance, be carefree, and truly embrace who they are. Despite the trends in the music industry, I hope to receive an overwhelming amount of positive support and have my vision pushed forward. Being an independent artist is challenging, and at times, it can be discouraging, but I know it will all pay off in the end. I believe in a powerful and mighty God who has placed me on this path for a reason, so I’m committed to celebrating every win along the way.
